Your DHL Altitude membership makes it easy for you to earn points towards fantastic rewards for your business. Quite simply, every Dirham you spend on selected DHL products and services will earn you 1 DHL Altitude point. This means that a shipment worth Dhs 1,000 will earn you an equivalent amount of DHL Altitude points that can be redeemed for great rewards with our exciting partners.

From savings on DHL shipments and donations for international non-profit organisations, discounts on jewellery, electronic items and cosmetics to movies, holidays and much more. Our line up of partners will ensure that redeeming your points is as easy as earning them.


	How does it work?
	If you’re an existing DHL customer you will have automatically been enrolled into the DHL Altitude programme. You will receive your membership pack and card, and can start earning points from the beginning of the following calendar month. When you become a DHL Altitude member, you will be asked to nominate a Primary member and up to three Supplementary members. This offers your organisation a number of ways to maintain control over the account.

	Primary Membership
	The Primary member is the key contact who controls the DHL Altitude membership; the sole administrator of the account with the ability to nominate up to three Supplementary members to the programme and responsible for redeeming points earned through shipments.

	Supplementary Membership
	A Supplementary member also has the ability to administer the DHL Altitude membership and can access the DHL Altitude programme online but cannot make redemption requests.
